Tell me what's broken — feedback and news on Facebook

The editor is in alpha and I want to hear from the people using it. The Facebook page is where feedback goes and where news comes out.

This editor is an early alpha, and the most useful thing anyone can do for it right now is tell me what they think. Until today there was nowhere to do that.

Now there is: diagrams.info on Facebook.

What it is for

  • Feedback. Something broken, confusing, or missing? A diagram you tried to draw and couldn’t? Post it or send a message. A screenshot helps more than anything.
  • Feature requests. The roadmap is what I think matters next. If you disagree, that is exactly the thing I want to hear.
  • News. New features land there first — the same things that show up in the What’s new panel when you open the editor, plus the occasional work in progress.

Why not an in-app form

Because there is no server to send it to. Everything in the editor stays in your browser — that is the whole storage model for now — and I would rather not bolt a backend on just for a feedback box. A public page also means you can see what other people have already reported, and add to it.

If you draw something you are pleased with, I would like to see that too.
